Progress Report

I'm still collecting questionnaires for the project. If you know of anyone who is interested, please send them my way. I am interested in getting as many responses as possible so that I the book will represent the broadest possible knowledge base. What I have gotten so far has been great! Everyone has provided great responses and shared insights that I'm sure will be very helpful to the project. I just wanted to post something here to let you know that the wheels are still turning and the project is under way.
